Our products feature innovative design and energy saving technology. We have the following opening available in our Customer Service department: Communicate with customers daily Provide accurate, timely support to customers, sales and end users Review customer/consumer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions; determine appropriate solutions and/or responses Utilize Microsoft office applications and SAP The qualified candidate would need to: Possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, have the ability to enter and manage orders, be flexible and multitask in a fast paced work environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives Be able to cope with stressful situations and multiple interruptions with a positive demeanor Possess the aptitude to learn basic product technical information relative to the lighting industry
Qualifications Basic
Qualifications:
High school diploma required, college coursework preferred Accurate data entry skills Prior customer service experience Strong communication skills
