We have the following opening available in our Customer Service department: Communicate with customers daily Provide accurate, timely support to customers, sales and end users Review customer/consumer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions; determine appropriate solutions and/or responses Utilize Microsoft office applications and SAP The qualified candidate would need to: Possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, have the ability to enter and manage orders, be flexible and multitask in a fast paced work environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives Be able to cope with stressful situations and multiple interruptions with a positive demeanor Possess the aptitude to learn basic product technical information relative to the lighting industry
Qualifications Basic qualifications:
High school diploma required, college coursework preferred Accurate data entry skills Prior customer service experience Strong communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
