We have the following opening available for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor at our Hillsboro, NH Specialty Products facility, the only automotive lighting manufacturing location in NAFTA! In this role, you will provide direct supervision in our Auxiliary and Solid State Lighting (SSL) departments on 3rd shift. You will be responsible for ensuring daily targets are met using proven managerial techniques. You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking all daily production indicators. Decision making, time management, and ability to prioritize are key skills required for this position. In addition to working closely with production personnel, you will work directly with managers, supervisors and engineers across all 3 shifts to communicate concerns and issues as well as ensure key performance metrics are achieved.
Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate's degree is required Five
years of manufacturing supervisory experience highly desirable Bachelors degree in a business or technical discipline preferred.Prior supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar production environment is a must. Excellent interpersonal, communication and people development skills are essential for this position
